Grafton Street

Dublin, Ireland

There is a fantastic mix of both designer shops and high street fashion to be found on Grafton Street. Not only that but some great restaurants and cafes too – all you need for a great day shopping!

Grafton Street has a fabulous history and you can’t help but soak up the culture it exudes as you stroll around the many historic buildings. One of the most notable buildings is Powerscourt Townhouse – now a shopping centre but once a house owned by Richard Wingfield 3rd Viscount and his wife Lady Amelia where they would entertain their friends from Parliament.

There are also a wonderful array of street performers that frequent Grafton Street – many years ago one of these performers was Bono from U2!
