It seems like yesterday we were thinking about the top destinations to travel to in 2018, and whilst we saw cities like Birmingham, Glasgow, and Manchester hit the list for the most popular cities in the UK for 2018; we are now looking to see which cities will make it for 2019. So if you are planning the perfect vacation or fun-packed weekend city break, these are the best destinations to travel to in 2019.
Amsterdam
We can't think of a better city break destination than Amsterdam. If you're looking to get out of the UK for a short weekend away or a long vacation, then Amsterdam is the city for you. Canals criss cross the city with beautiful walks alongside them. Take a gorgeous boat ride on the waterways and explore the hidden parts of Amsterdam that most tourists do not get to experience.

Winter (the dark evenings are lit with twinkling lights on the trees that reflect off the water, making for a perfect romantic evening or solo walk.)
