Blue Reef Aquarium

Located just a 20 minute drive out of Newcastle City Centre on the beautiful shores of Tynemouth, the Blue Reef Aquarium is a fascinating subsea safari and a great day out for all the family. The aquarium houses an array of charming creatures from clownfish to big bellied seahorses, green iguanas to monkeys and California sea lions.

Enjoy interesting talks and be captivated by animal feeding times throughout the day.  The aquarium’s daily seal shows are not to be missed, entertaining adults and children alike.
