Canary Wharf is a key financial sector which features many of the banks’ headquarters. Located on the East side of London close to the River Thames, Canary Wharf has excellent links to Central London and Stratford on the Jubilee line. You can also take the DLR which runs through to the City and down to Greenwich.

You will see the most fantastic views of Canary Wharf on the cable car and it will only take you around 10 minutes to reach Greenwich. The 02 Arena is located in Greenwich and therefore Canary Wharf is very popular for accommodation as it is easily accessed.
In the heart of Canary Wharf is the Museum of London Docklands where you can learn about the history of the River Thames along with attending various exhibitions, some of which are suitable for both adults and children. They also have permanent galleries where you can discover the old London and see some intriguing artefacts.
