Obviously $100 is still worth $100 no matter which currency you convert it into, but that $100 can give you a lot more bang for your buck depending on where in the world you are.

We’ve looked at Purchasing Power Parity (PPP) rates from the World Bank to discover what value of goods you could buy in 34 countries with $100.

For example, in Switzerland, you could only afford $75 worth of goods compared to in the US. But in Turkey, $100 would get you the equivalent of $157!
