Whether you’re in Brussels on business or discovering all that Europe’s capital has to offer, these serviced apartments put you in the centre of it all. Close to the green oasis of the Botanic Gardens, and a short walk from the magnificent Grand Place lined with tempting cafès, restaurants and bars, you can shop to your hearts content in the nearby Rue Neuve.
With enough space to relax or work, you’ll find these Brussels apartments offer more than just a central location, each one is finished to a high standard with comfortable furnishings, a fully fitted kitchen and dining furniture should you need to cater for yourself. As a guest you also have use of the on-site car park beneath the apartment building.
The name of the apartments gives a clue how close the picturesque botanic gardens are, you’ll find them just up the road, with the cultural centre in the gardens now a venue for concerts and music. There is no end to the culture in this historic city, with no less than 80 museums, some of the highlights being MIM - Musical Instruments Museum; the Belgian Centre of Comic Strip Art and the home of art nouveau - the Horta Museum. Not far from the apartments is one of the places that has made this city famous, the impressive Grand Place, this is the main square in the centre of the city, with historic architecture surrounding the square. You can sit and people watch with a coffee at one of the many cafès in the square during the day or walk through at night to see the historic buildings lit up. The Town Hall (Hotel du Ville) is one of these ornate medieval buildings on the square and you can take a tour inside. The tourist attraction that is the Manneken Pis is nearby the square, this little naked statue has a wardrobe of 600 outfits believe it or not! No city break would be complete without a spot of shopping, and in the centre there are shops aplenty, from the high end luxury stores selling designer goods in the beautiful glass roofed arcades of the Saint Hubert Galleries to the high street stores in the shopping centres of Rue Neuve and City 2. It would be wrong not to sample some of the things that the Belgians are known for - the chocolate and the beer! There are plenty of chocolatiers that have made chocolate into an art form and some would argue that the Belgian beer is just as worthy of an accolade, take a tour to try some of the many varied local brews on offer.
The best way to get about Brussels is on foot, by metro or train, the nearest metro station to the apartments is Rogier station and the Gare de Bruxelles-Nord train station are both only minutes away from the apartment. Brussels airport is a 20 minute drive away, and from here you can travel on further to European destinations such as London and Barcelona.
