Excelsior Apartments

We have stayed in this apartment before and were very pleased last time. However on this stay we did have a problem with water heating. The local agent did try to resolve but we ended up with a workaround solution. I understand a heating engineer has been called. It did not spoil the stay but I did spend quite a lot of time trying to resolve over the phone, but to no avail.

The apartment was excellent for our requirements. The rep. in Swansea (Laura) was very helpful and always available when we needed assistance.

Excelsior Apartments

The apartment itself was nice, although it did have an odour, which didn't leave for our stay. Great location though and most of the apartment facilities were fine apart from a broken blind, table and plug in the bath
