We could not have been pleased more with the self-catering flat, located a just short walk away from the University.
If anything, staff could have communicated to us more clearly to us the address of the car park where we were handed the keys.
A very well appointed apartment on the top floor of a modern development at the active part of the city centre. I liked it.
Key hand over went well, we may have been a little early having got there ahead of time, and the look around and basic ground rules were all covered.
One smudge on the booking was the call in the morning to arrange key hand over, my pulse went up a bit when I was told I had a booking in Leeds! Leeds? Some sort of issue between the booking site and the property owning organisation. Customer service gets a ten for their smooth handling of this.
