The appartment was clean and confortable with everything we needed. We got lost in Norwich under a heavy rain and a member of the staff came to pick us up and accompained us to the appartment. He was very helpfull.
Ideal for castle and cathedral - excellent appartment
We spent three nights in a two-bedroom apartment in a modern redevelopment of a former, rather grand, hospital site. The apartment was spacious and one bedroom had an en suite shower and loo, so we could both comfortably get ready at the same time in the mornings. The beds were large doubles (English king-size, so around five feet wide) and comfortable. The kitchen/lounge area was a little less generous but quite adequate for our purposes. It was great to discover that the kitchen was very well equipped, with plenty of pots, crocks, glasses and cutlery, unlike many managed apartments. There was also a good washing machine. All windows were tilt and turn (good) but they were all on the same side of the apartment, so it was not easy to get a through current of air and the inner part of the apartment (hallway and kitchen area) next to the outside corridor, were a bit dark. There was a secure parking space for the apartment and an electronic key-fob entry system. The site is just outside, but very well placed for, Norwich City centre. Any queries we had were promptly dealt with within less than one hour. Over-all we were very satisfied with the apartment and the service.
Weaknesses (some of these are to do with wear and tear of fittings, but they can still be annoying): it was not possible to get more than warm water from the bath shower and tap in the main bathroom. The basin hot tap and other hot taps were noticeably hotter. We had some difficulty with the shower taps - difficult to turn if you had soapy hands. It was also difficult to close windows until you realised there was a small bar that had to be pressed on the side of the frame. There were no batteries in the DVD player remote and no radio available through the TV. It was difficult to get comfortably in and out of the en-suite shower cubicle as the loo impeded the door. The sliding mirror doors on our bedroom wardrobe were a little difficult to operate smoothly. Finally, the apartment building is huge and there is no natural light in many of the internal stairs and corridors which are quite narrow. No worse than a big hotel, but it generated a feeling of remoteness in one.
Final emphasis should be laid on the fact that the over-all superior quality of the apartment and its contents by far outweighed the cons I have listed.
Great appartment, perfect for our weekend. It was like having a suite for the same price as an average hotel room. Children loved it.
Great apartment. Clean and well equipped as always from this suppplier. Located at rear of beuilding so quiet with view over the courtyard. Excellent location for city centre. The extractor fan motor is in a cupboard by the bedroom and is very noisy. It is left on all the time to ventilate the apartment but you can switch it off from the switch in the cupboard so that it is off overnight.
My daughter and I enjoyed our stay at the apartments. They are located close to a very busy and interesting part of Norwich with lots of lovely shops and interesting places to visit. The apartment is spacious and comfortable and had everything we needed in the kitchen to make our own meals which was very important to us.
Excellent apartment, walking distance to city centre ideal for family. Clean and warm.

just back in Ireland after four night stay so pleased with accommodation facilities location and would return here again andrew was there to meet us after a long drive from holyhead which was very reasuring such a quiet apartment block and the entrance hall is beautiful
