Originally located in Preston the National Football Museum moved to its current home at the Urbis building in Manchester City Centre in 2012. A must see for any football fan, the museum covers four floors and is filled with collections, memorabilia and exhibitions relating to the beautiful game. Check out the moments captured in the photography exhibitions, play and learn in the discovery zone, find out all about the 125 years of the English football league and even get your hands on one of the famous trophies. You can also see world famous objects such as the ball from the 1966 World Cup Final, Maradona’s famous ‘Hand of God’ shirt as well as kits and equipment from over the years.

The museum is located in the Urbis building in Cathedral Gardens in the centre of Manchester. Open 7 days a week, entrance is free.
