What I liked about the property is good safe area, there is a kitchen area, clean shower room, quietness, fridge, TV set.
What I disliked was dirty furniture, I had to wash all kitchen utensils as they were in an unacceptable condition. Room needs plastering and painting, cracks and dirt on the walls and ceiling. That wa really unpleasant. The room is not cosy.
