Location
The apartments are located in the very centre of the city. Many of the major sights and attractions are within easy reach. The famous Khreschatyk Street, Ukraine's equivalent of London's Oxford Street, is close by offering a wide range of shops, bars and restaurants. Maidan Nezaleahnasti (Independence Square), Sofiskaya Square and the Podil neighbourhood are well worth a visit.
Travel
Kiev has a comprehensive transport system consisting of an extensive metro system, buses, trolley buses and trams. The metro is the easiest way to get around the city as it is efficient and runs for most of the day. Taxis are readily available and often have English speaking radio controllers.
Borispol International Airport is approximately 40km (25 miles) east of Kiev. Shuttle buses operate between the airport and the city centre.
