This one bedroom apartment comes equipped with a double bed, full kitchen and bathroom. An extra bed can be added upon request, for an additional charge, accommodating a third person.

The apartments are located in the centre of Swindon, offering easy access to a range of local amenities, including the Steam Railway Museum and Swindon Designer Outlet. Lydiard Park, home to the 17th century Elizabethan style Lydiard House and the venue for the 2009 Radio 1's Big Weekend, is a short drive away.
The surrounding area offers many attractions, including Cotswold Wildlife Park, just over half an hour's drive away to the north, and Stonehenge one hour's drive to the south. Swindon railway station is just a short walk away, offering main line services to a range of destinations including Bristol, Cardiff and London. There are convenient local bus services, and the apartments offer easy access to the M4 motorway. Booking Procedure
The Fleet Street Apartments can be booked in exactly the same way as a hotel: simply complete and submit the secure online booking form. As well as your exact apartment requirements, you'll need to supply your credit card details on the booking form. This is essential for the booking to be made.

Credit Card Charges
For stays of less than 30 nights, your card will be charged for the total amount at the time of booking.

For stays of 30 nights and over, your card will be charged for the first 30 nights' accommodation charges at the time of booking.

Please note: There is a 2% surcharge for payments using Visa, Visa Debit, MasterCard or Switch/Maestro and a 3.5% surcharge when using American Express.

Payment
For stays of less than 30 nights, the full amount will be payable at the time of booking.

For stays of 30 nights and over, the first 30 nights accommodation charges will be payable at the time of booking. Subsequent periods of stay will be payable on a monthly basis.

Security Deposit
No security deposit is required. However, you will be asked for an imprint of your credit card upon arrival to cover any incidental expenses.

Check-In & Check-Out Times
Check-in is from 14:00 and check-out is by 11:00.

Cards Accepted
Fleet Street Apartments accept the following card types: American Express, Maestro, Master Card, Visa Credit, Visa Debit.

Cancellation Policy
Notice of cancellation must be received at least 14 days prior to arrival to avoid facing a cancellation charge.

Cancellations received less than 14 days prior to arrival will be subject to a cancellation fee equal to the short-fall.
For example:
Cancellations received 13 days prior to arrival will be charged a cancellation fee equal to 1 nights' accommodation costs.
Cancellations received 7 days prior to arrival will be charged a cancellation fee equal to 7 nights' accommodation costs.
Cancellations received 1 day prior to arrival will be charged a cancellation fee equal to 13 nights' accommodation costs.

Cancellations received on the day of arrival, or no-shows, will be subject to a cancellation fee equal to 100% of the total accommodation costs.
