This apartment is equipped with two double beds and can sleep up to four people.

The apartments are conveniently located in the heart of Swansea, within easy reach of a range of shops, cafés and restaurants, and tourist attractions including the Swansea Museum, National Waterfront Museum and the Dylan Thomas Centre. The surrounding area offers some beautiful scenery, including popular sandy beaches. The new Aspers casino and the state of the art LC2 leisure centre are directly opposite. Swansea railway station is within easy walking distance, offering main line services to a wide range of destinations. The main bus station is at the Quadrant centre, just a stone's throw from the apartments, providing services throughout the local area. The nearest airport is Cardiff International airport, approximately 40 minutes' drive away. Booking Procedure
The Excelsior Apartments can be booked in exactly the same way as a hotel: simply complete and submit the secure online booking form. As well as your exact apartment requirements, you’ll need to supply your credit card details on the booking form. This is essential for the booking to be made.

Credit Card Charges
Your card will be charged in full at the time of booking.

Please note that there is a 3.5% surcharge on payments made by American Express and a 2% surcharge on other credit cards. There is no surcharge for payments made by debit card.

Payment
Full payment will be taken at the time of booking.

Security Deposit
No additional security deposit is required, however, any incidental expenses may be charged to your credit card.

Check-In & Check-Out Times
Check-in is from 14:00 and check-out is by 11:00.

Excelsior Apartments accept the following card types: American Express, Electron, Maestro, Master Card, Visa Credit, Visa Debit.

Cancellation Policy
Notice of cancellation must be received more than 28 days prior to arrival to avoid facing a cancellation charge.
Cancellations received 28 days or less prior to arrival will be subject to the following charges:

For stays of up to 6 nights:
Cancellations received less than 7 days prior to arrival will be subject to a cancellation fee equal to 100% of the total accommodation costs.
Cancellations received between 7 and 14 days prior to arrival will be subject to a cancellation fee equal to 50% of the total accommodation costs.
Cancellations received between 15 and 21 days prior to arrival will be subject to a cancellation fee equal to 25% of the total accommodation costs.
Cancellations received between 22 and 28 days prior to arrival will be charged an administration fee of £25.00.

For stays of 7-28 nights:
Cancellations received less than 7 days prior to arrival will be subject to a cancellation fee equal to 100% of the total accommodation costs.
Cancellations received between 7 and 14 days prior to arrival will be subject to a cancellation fee equal to 75% of the total accommodation costs.
Cancellations received between 15 and 21 days prior to arrival will be subject to a cancellation fee equal to 50% of the total accommodation costs.
Cancellations received between 22 and 28 days prior to arrival will be subject to a cancellation fee equal to 25% of the total accommodation costs.

For stays of 29-89 nights:
Cancellations received less than 7 days prior to arrival will be subject to a cancellation fee equal to 100% of the total accommodation costs.
Cancellations received between 7 and 14 days prior to arrival will be subject to a cancellation fee equal to 75% of the total accommodation costs.
Cancellations received between 15 and 21 days prior to arrival will be subject to a cancellation fee equal to 50% of the total accommodation costs.
Cancellations received between 22 and 28 days prior to arrival will be subject to a cancellation fee equal to 50% of the total accommodation costs.

Please Note: A seven night minimum stay applies to the One Bedroom Apartment. Shorter stays may be available at short notice.
