This apartment is equipped with two double beds and can sleep up to four people. The master bedroom has en suite facilities, and there is a separate family bathroom.

The apartments are located in the city centre, within easy reach of a wide range of shops, restaurants and bars. Sheffield offers a wide range of attractions, including art galleries, museums, and the Crucible Theatre, home to the World Snooker Championship. This green city also provides a host of parks and gardens. The apartments have excellent local transport links, with a Supertram stop nearby and an extensive bus network. Sheffield railway station is just five stops away on the Supertram, and offers main line services to a wide range of destinations.
The closest international airport to Sheffield is Robin Hood Airport Doncaster Sheffield, which is 18 miles from the city centre. Additionally, Manchester Airport, Leeds Bradford International Airport and Nottingham East Midlands Airport are all within an hour's drive. Booking Procedure
The Fitzwilliam Apartments can be booked in exactly the same way as a hotel: simply complete and submit the secure online booking form. As well as your exact apartment requirements, you’ll need to supply your credit card details on the booking form. This is essential for the booking to be made.

Credit Card Charges
For stays of 1-28 nights full payment will be taken immediately at the time of booking.

For stays of more than 28 nights, made more than 7 days prior to arrival, your card will not be charged but simply used to guarantee the reservation.

For stays of more than 28 nights, made 7 days or less prior to arrival, your card will be charged for the first 28 nights' accommodation costs.

Payment
For stays of 1-28 nights, full payment will be taken at the time of booking.

For bookings of more than 28 nights, the first 28 nights will be taken seven days prior to arrival, with subsequent periods of 28 days accommodation being invoiced on a monthly basis.

Security Deposit
For stays during the week, no security deposit is required. However, you will be asked for an imprint of your credit card upon arrival to cover any incidental expenses.

For weekend stays (Friday, Saturday and Sundays), a security deposit of £200 is required in advance. This will be refunded on departure subject to a satisfactory check of the apartment.

Check-In & Check-Out Times
Check-in is from 14.30 and check-out by 12:00.

Fitzwilliam Apartments accept the following card types: American Express, Maestro, Master Card, Visa, Visa Debit.

Cancellation Policy
Notice of cancellation is required 14 days prior to arrival.

If you cancel less than 14 days prior to arrival you will be charged a maximum of three days' apartment rental:
For stays of 1-6 days you will be charged for 1 day.
For stays of 7 or more days you will be charged for 3 days.

= VAT falls from the standard rate to a lower rate after 28 nights. The first 28 nights are charged at the higher rate.

For longer stays and relocations, it is often possible to obtain rate reductions, depending upon the availability and the length of stay. We will always do our very best to offer you the lowest available rate possible.
