Awful - like a holiday camp chalet. We complained immediately and were moved to a much nicer apartment several miles away - for additional £10 per night. One positive is the manner in which the apartment managers were very proactive in moving us straight away.

Excellent prompt actions to resolve issues that arose.

We had an excellent time and found the apartments to be exactly what we wanted. Road noise was a problem on the front, but I know this is out of your control!

Fantastic place to stay and loved the outdoor space. It feels like very thoughtful accommodation, clean and well appointed. There were a couple of bits and pieces that obviously hadn't been drawn to attention like a leaky kitchen tap and we never understood the red ethernet cable internet connection (no cable in sight) but felt confident that, had we drawn these to staff attention, they would have been addressed promptly. Incorporating a bedside light/wall light would be an improvement but actually it was a great place to stay for a couple of nights, central location, clean and comfortable - and had both shower and bath! AND great value for money. We will definitely be returning

Stayed in 1 bed apartment, had all i needed and was clean, comfortable and the terrace was a pleasant added bonus.Only negatives were the dial-up/broadband would not connect(possibly my error)wifi would have been easier, bathroom a bit compact but overall enjoyed may stay and will definately be back. Location for city centre excellent.

Originally expected the accommodation to be a new built. The place was slightly tricky to find but it's located in a very convenient spot. However, despite the seemingly old age of the building itself the interior of the accommodation was clean and comfortable. Complimentary breakfast for one day only.
Overall atmosphere was homely!
Great to have free internet as well-- other places usually charge around 5-10 pounds per night for internet.

Apartment Number 3 Corparation Building Sheffield.
In terms of location this apartment was very good as it was close to the venue we were attending over the weekend.
The only comment I have to make is that the toilet was not secured to the floor in the bathroom which was at times precarious!!

The apartment was great and the staff were awesome - about the most friendly and helpful you could ever expect. The only thing we didn't like about our stay was that the apartment smelled very strongly of cigarette smoke, which is not acceptable in a non smoking apartment when you're staying with a small baby. Other than that, it was a great place with very helpful staff

Water for shower went cold half way through, had soap all over me! Not sure if ran out! I cleaned the apartment myself on arrival to enjoy our stay, it was quite dusty. But It did not spoil anything. Impressed with kitchen utensils, managed to cook v comfortably. I thought because of size this apartment could have been slightly less charged.

We were a group of friends and we stayed for a couple nights and we loved it. It was nice, new, comfortable, everything that we expected. We liked it a lot and we will tell all about it to our friends who are planning on traveling to Sheffield.
