The Faculty Apartments offer a range of comfortable and well-equipped apartments in a modern and well-maintained development. The property benefits from secure entry system and allocated parking, and the central location, only five minutes from the Oracle shopping centre, makes this an ideal base.
Each apartment is fully furnished, and includes everything needed to ensure a comfortable stay.

This apartment has one bedroom with a double bed and one bedroom with a single bed, and can sleep up to three people.
Sleeps: 5 Bathrooms: 1 Three Bedroom Apartment
Sleeping up to five people, this apartment has two bedrooms with double beds and one bedroom with a single bed.
The Broad Street Mall and Oracle shopping and leisure centres are within easy walking distance, and the town centre's shopping, restaurants and leisure facilities are within a short walk. Motorways offer easy access to nearby Windsor and the Thames Valley, home to attractive villages and country pubs. Reading railway station is within walking distance and offers access to main line services, including direct links to London. The local bus network is frequent and comprehensive, and there is a regular coach service to London Heathrow Airport, just 27 miles away. There is easy access to the M4, M25, M3 and M40 motorways. Booking Procedure
The Faculty Apartments can be booked in exactly the same way as a hotel: simply complete and submit the secure online booking form. As well as your exact apartment requirements, you’ll need to supply your credit card details on the booking form. This is essential for the booking to be made.
Credit Card Charges
Your card will NOT be charged at the time of booking but simply used to guarantee the reservation. The card will only be charged if you fail to arrive at the apartment without prior cancellation (see cancellation policy below).
Please note that there is a surcharge on payments made by card. This is 3.5% for American Express and 3% for all other cards.
Payment
You will be asked on arrival for full prepayment at the rate you booked at.
Security Deposit
No security deposit is required. However, you will be asked for your credit card details to cover any incidental expenses.
Check-In & Check-Out Times
Check-in is from 15:00 and check-out is by 10:00.
Cards Accepted
The Faculty Apartments accept the following card types: American Express, Electron, Master Card, Switch/Maestro, Visa.
Cancellation Policy
Notice of cancellation is required 14 days prior to arrival.
If you cancel less than 14 days prior to arrival you will be charged a maximum of three days' apartment rental:
For stays of 1-6 days you will be charged for 1 day.
For stays of 7 or more days you will be charged for 3 days.

Rates are per apartment per night, and include VAT (tax) and service.
