Suitable for one or two people, this apartment has one bedroom with a double bed.

This apartment is equipped with two double beds and can sleep up to four people.

The Broad Street Mall and Oracle shopping and leisure centres are within easy walking distance, and the town centre's shopping, restaurants and leisure facilities are within a short walk. Motorways offer easy access to nearby Windsor and the Thames Valley, home to attractive villages and country pubs. Reading railway station is within walking distance and offers access to main line services, including direct links to London. The local bus network is frequent and comprehensive, and there is a regular coach service to London Heathrow Airport, just 27 miles away. There is easy access to the M4, M25, M3 and M40 motorways. Booking Procedure
The SACO Clipper House Apartments can be booked in exactly the same way as a hotel: simply complete and submit the secure online booking form. As well as your exact apartment requirements, you’ll need to supply your credit card details on the booking form. This is essential for the booking to be made.

Credit Card Charges
For bookings made within seven days of arrival, your card will immediately be charged in full for the total stay.

For bookings made in advance, the card will be charged in full within seven days of making the booking.

Please note that there is a 3% surcharge on all payments made by American Express and Diners Card. There is no fee for payments made by Visa or Mastercard.

Payment
Payment will be made in full at the time of booking or within seven days (see above).

Security Deposit
A deposit covering breakages and damages may be required at the time of booking. If a deposit is not charged, you may be asked for an imprint of your credit card upon arrival to cover any incidental expenses.

Check-In & Check-Out Times
Check-in is from 16:00 and check-out is by 10:00.

Short Stay Availability
Please note that availability for stays of 2-6 nights can usually only be confirmed within 14 days of the arrival date.

SACO Clipper House Apartments accept the following card types: American Express, Diners Club, Master Card, Switch/Maestro, Visa.

Cancellation Policy
For stays of less than seven nights cancellations must be made at least seven days prior to noon on the date of arrival in order to avoid a cancellation charge equal to the total cost of the stay.

For stays of 7 to 27 nights cancellations must be made at least seven days prior to the date of arrival in order to avoid a minimum cancellation charge of seven nights' accommodation.

For stays of 28 nights or more cancellations must be made at least 28 days prior to the arrival date to avoid a minimum cancellation charge of seven nights' accommodation.

= VAT rate falls from 17.5% to 3.5% after 28 nights. The first 28 nights are charged at the higher rate.

For longer stays and relocations, it is often possible to obtain rate reductions, depending upon the availability and the length of stay. We will always do our very best to offer you the lowest available rate possible.
