This apartment is equipped with two double beds and can sleep up to four people.
The apartments are just a stone's throw away from the Oracle shopping and leisure centre, and the town centre's shopping, restaurants and leisure facilities are just a short walk away. Motorways offer easy access to nearby Windsor and the Thames Valley, home to attractive villages and country pubs. Reading railway station is within walking distance and offers access to main line services, including direct links to London. The local bus network is frequent and comprehensive, and there is a regular coach service to London Heathrow Airport, just 27 miles away. There is easy access to the M4, M25, M3 and M40 motorways. Booking Procedure
The Riverside House Apartments can be booked in exactly the same way as a hotel: simply complete and submit the secure online booking form. As well as your exact apartment requirements, you’ll need to supply your credit card details on the booking form. This is essential for the booking to be made.
Credit Card Charges
Your card will NOT be charged at the time of booking but simply used to guarantee the reservation. The card will only be charged if you fail to arrive at the apartment without prior cancellation (see cancellation policy below).
Please note that there is a surcharge of 2.75% on payments made by Visa or Mastercard, and a surcharge of 5% on payments made by American Express or Diners Card. There is no surcharge on payments made by debit card.
Payment
You will be asked on arrival for full prepayment at the rate you booked at.
Security Deposit
As is the usual procedure, when you check in, an imprint of your credit card will be requested to cover any incidental expenses you might occur during your stay. This authorisation will be up to £1000 and will be cancelled on departure.
Check-In & Check-Out Times
Check-in is from 16.00 and check-out is by 12.00.

Riverside House Apartments accept the following card types: American Express, Diners Club, Master Card, Switch/Maestro, Visa.
Cancellation Policy
Notice of cancellation is required at least 14 days prior to arrival to avoid a cancellation charge of £117.50 plus any accommodation charges that the apartments have committed to in respect of that stay.
