This apartment is equipped with two double beds and can sleep up to four people.

The Broad Street Mall and Oracle shopping and leisure centres are within easy walking distance, and the town centre's shopping, restaurants and leisure facilities are also just a short walk away. Motorways offer easy access to nearby Windsor and the Thames Valley, home to attractive villages and country pubs. Reading railway station is within walking distance and offers access to main line services, including direct links to London. The local bus network is frequent and comprehensive, and there is a regular coach service to London Heathrow Airport, just 27 miles away. There is easy access to the M4, M25, M3 and M40 motorways. Booking Procedure
Deep Blue Apartments can be booked in exactly the same way as a hotel: simply complete and submit the secure online booking form. As well as your exact apartment requirements, you’ll need to supply your credit card details on the booking form. This is essential for the booking to be made.

Credit Card Charges
For bookings made within seven days of arrival, your card will be charged at the time of booking for the total cost of the stay.

For bookings made made more than seven days in advance, your card will be charged within seven days of making the booking for the total cost of the stay.

Please note that there is a surcharge of 2.5% for the use of a Visa, Mastercard or Diners Card, and 4% for the use of an American Express card. There is no surcharge for use of Maestro and Visa Debit cards.

Payment
Apartments will be paid for prior to arrival (see above).

Amendments
Unless otherwise agreed the customer may bring forward the booked departure day at any time without penalty by giving notice at least 14 days before the revised departure day. If the revised departure day is less than 14 days from the date of notification the customer will be charged for two weeks' rent from the date of notification.

Check-In & Check-Out Times
Check-in is from 16.00 and check-out is by 10.00.

Cards Accepted
Deep Blue Apartments Reading City Gate accept the following card types: American Express, Diners Club, Maestro, Master Card, Visa, Visa Debit.

Cancellation Policy
Notice of cancellation is required 14 days prior to arrival.

If you cancel less than 14 days prior to arrival you will be charged a cancellation fee equal to two weeks' rent or the total stay, whichever is the lower.

Refunds will not be made for non-arrivals.

Please Note: Stays of less than 7 nights can only be confirmed within 14 days of arrival.
For stays of 29 nights or more, please contact us for rates.
