This apartment has a master bedroom with either a double bed or twin beds and en suite facilities, and a second bedroom has a double bed.
The apartments are just a stone's throw away from the Oracle shopping and leisure centre, and the town centre's shopping, restaurants and leisure facilities are just a short walk away. Motorways offer easy access to nearby Windsor and the Thames Valley, home to attractive villages and country pubs. Reading railway station is within walking distance and offers access to main line services, including direct links to London. The local bus network is frequent and comprehensive, and there is a regular coach service to London Heathrow Airport, just 27 miles away. There is easy access to the M4, M25, M3 and M40 motorways. The Avante Blue Apartments can be booked in exactly the same way as a hotel: simply complete and submit the secure online booking form. As well as your exact apartment requirements, you’ll need to supply your credit card details on the booking form. This is essential for the booking to be made.
Credit Card Charges
For bookings made within seven days of arrival, your card will immediately be charged in full for the total stay.
For bookings made more than seven days in advance, the card will be charged in full within seven days of booked arrival date.
Please note that there is a surcharge of 3.0% for payments made by Visa, Mastercard and 3.6% on American Express cards.
Payment
Apartments will be paid for prior to arrival - see above.
Security Deposit
No security deposit is required. However, you will be asked for an imprint of your credit card upon arrival to cover any incidental expenses.
Check-In & Check-Out Times
Check-in is from 14.00 and check-out is by 10.00.

Avante Blue Apartments accept the following card types: American Express, Master Card, Switch/Maestro, Visa.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations must be received at least 14 nights prior to arrival to avoid a cancellation charge
Where cancellation of the whole or part of a booking is received less than 14 nights prior to arrival, Avante Blue reserve the right to charge a cancellation fee of £250. Any refund of accommodation charges will be subject to the apartment being re-let and a minimum of a weeks charge.
No refunds will be made for non-arrivals.
