Apartments In Oxford are located in the city centre, with a wide range of bars, restaurants, museums, theatres and cinemas within a short walking distance. The famous "dreaming spires" of Oxford University are also nearby. Oxford railway station is just a short walk away, offering mainline services to many destinations throughout the UK. There is an extensive bus network serving the city and surrounding areas, including frequent coach services to London and Cambridge. Booking Procedure
Apartments In Oxford can be booked in exactly the same way as a hotel: simply complete and submit the secure online booking form. As well as your exact apartment requirements, you’ll need to supply your credit card details on the booking form. This is essential for the booking to be made.
Credit Card Charges
On booking, a deposit will be charged to your card. For stays of less than 14 nights this will be equal to one night's stay. For stays of 14 nights and over this will be equal to 7 nights' stay.
Please note that the cardholder must be present with the card supplied on arrival.
Payment
For stays of less than 14 nights, payment for accommodation charges and incidentals will be due on departure.
For stays of more than 14 nights, payment for accommodation charges and incidentals must be settled on every seventh day of the stay, starting from the date of arrival.
Security Deposit
No security deposit is required. However, you may be asked for an imprint of your credit card upon arrival to cover any incidental expenses.
Check-In & Check-Out Times
Check-in is from 14:30 and check-out is by 11:00.
Cards Accepted
Apartments In Oxford accept the following card types: American Express, Diners Club, Electron, Maestro, Master Card, Visa Credit, Visa Debit.
Cancellation Policy
For stays of less than 14 nights, cancellations made at least 24 hours prior to arrival will not be charged and the deposit will be refunded. For cancellations received within 24 hours of arrival the deposit will be forfeited.
For stays of 14 nights and over, cancellations made at least 7 nights prior to arrival will not be charged and the deposit will be refunded. For cancellations received within 7 nights of arrival, the deposit will be forfeited.
