Really enjoyed our stay with you, it was good to have the freedom to come and go as we pleased. Staff were very friendly and helpful.
Will definitely use you again and will check availability in other cities also.
Thank you

Had requested an early check-in at 11am. As we were not told otherwise, we arrived at about 11am, however, to our amazement, reception were unaware of our request, accordingly, we were checked-in at 2:30am. Rather frustated at that time of day, especially when having been through a 12hour flight.

Excellent apartment and service. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. Two bedroom apartment was large, well maintained and spotlessly clean. We were on the second floor with stairs but this was not an issue as we have teenage children. Felt very secure and safe with 24hour reception.

We fully enjoy our two nights stay in Oxford, where the wedding of our son took place. The apartments in Oxford was a brilliant choice of accommodation for such an occasion. The facilities are outstanding. The location is very convenient. The apartments are very clean and comfortable with everything you need for a relaxing stay. Secure courtyard where we could park our cars gave us a complete peace of mind. The staff are very friendly and helpful.

A nice apartment in a good location let down by ...
The twin room was really very cramped and the beds too small for anyone but children; really the smallest beds I have ever come across!
Having to hire a DVD player, which I would expect as standard, is petty and sets a tone that doesn't make you feel good about the place.
A very functional reception and welcome; nothing bad but just a bit unfriendly.

For visiting Oxford this appartment was just the ticket. The city centre is all within walking distance. The appartment provided almost everything we needed. However, in this technological age I was disappointmed with the television. In the details it does say satellite TV which is not true. The avalability of stations was very poor. I do understand that expensive euqipment is at the mercy of your tennants (as are all that you provide) and not everybody wants a televison for breaks away, but there are those who do. I have to say the reception team were absolutely fantastic when trying to resolve our issue with wanting to watch the final episode of a ten week thriller, but a freeview telly would have been better!! I have already made the decision to return for a break with my husband this time - but I might have to bring a telly with me!! My sisters and I thoroughly enjoyed our weekend away. Thank you.

this is second time we have stayed in these apartments and the biggest disappointment was the size. Last time a 2 bedroom ,2 bathroom flat seemed spacious but this time felt very tight . Otherwise very convenient, warm and a good bet instead of a hotel.

Very pleased, and have already recommended to others. Would be grateful if this e-mail address is not used for future publicity - I shan't forget you, if we ever visit oxford again,
thank you

These apartments are in a fantastic location with secure parking. The city centre is a maximum 5 minute stroll. They are pleasantly furnished with ample facilities for a short or long stay. I would definately recommend and would not hestitate to return if the opprtunity arose.

Bedrooms a bit cramped.
TV hard to operate/digital reception very poor.
No recycling facilities on site.
Breakfasts were not worth bothering with as all food was heavily pre packaged.
Location was really excellent for exploring Oxford.

The only thing we would like to see is to have a free common computer, just for checking e-mails and flight info if necessay. Otherwise, it was a good experience

The night storage heaters in the apartment weren't terribly effective. On the second night of our stay it was cold outside (approx 3°C) and most of our party was cold inside the apartment, despite piling on layers of clothing. I'd definitely recommend the accommodation for a spring/summer/early autumn stay but not for winter!

Apartment is in a really great location close to the city centre without the busy traffic passing by. The rooms were clean and fresh smelling no stale smells etc. Kitchen well equipped and clean, Freezer could have done with a defrost but we were only there for 2 nights so not an issue for us. The only thing I would suggest is that the apartment taps are fitted with tempreture regulators or at least a warning sign in the bathrooms as the water is extremely hot. If a young child was to use the water they would certainly be scaulded and it could ruin a families stay. Otherwise a great apartment. Only other thing could be to change the old fashioned tv to a flat screen as it slightly lets the sitting room down.

Quiet, convenient location in central Oxford. The parking facility is a rarity. The location is perfect for visiting Oxford on foot. The apartment was spotlessly clean. The bed was very comfortable. The kitchenette was ideal for making drinks and snacks. Reception staff polite, cheerful, and efficient. I have stayed here many times over the years in different size apartmetns either alone for work or with my family. Highly recommended.

Given wrong directions by reception to the apartments. does not look anything like the picture. it was a modern apartment which i am sure I could have got similar at much lower price. I reserved the apartment because i thought i was paying extra for the more plush looking interior in the picture which i did not get. Quite decieving. Also mentioned receiving continental breakfast in the morning which i was not offered.

Perfectly placed to get out and about. Seemed nice and cozy to come back to in what was a bitterly cold but thoroughly enjoyable weekend

Great apartment, clean, comfortable in excellent location. Staff helpful. Only problem was the instant coffee
Nice place- shame that the picture did not match the reality, and the lack of decent TV facilities were not good. Very poor reception on channel. Lack of DVD player that was promised was also an issue as we specifically requested it before hand.
However location and staff were lovely and very sorry that were not fully satisfied
