Suitable for one or two people, this apartment has one bedroom with a king-sized bed.

Sleeps: 4  Bathrooms: 2 Two Bedroom Apartment
Two Bedroom Apartments are equipped with two king-sized beds, and can sleep up to four people. There is one separate bathroom and an en suite shower room.

Nottingham City Centre is just a short walk away, offering a wealth of bars, restaurants, cinemas, theatres, renowned boutiques and designer stores. The business and commercial districts are nearby, as is Nottingham Castle, The Playhouse and the Robin Hood Trail. There are regular bus services to the city centre and surrounding areas, and Nottingham train station is only 15 minutes walk. This location also offers quick access to the A1 and M1 motorway, and East Midlands Airport is only 12 miles away. Booking Procedure
SACO Apartments can be booked in exactly the same way as a hotel: simply complete and submit the secure online booking form. As well as your exact apartment requirements, you’ll need to supply your credit card details on the booking form. This is essential for the booking to be made.

Credit Card Charges
For bookings made within seven days of arrival, your card will immediately be charged in full for the total stay.

For bookings made in advance, the card will be charged in full within seven days of making the booking.

Please note that there is a 3% surcharge on all payments made by American Express and Diners Card and a 1% surcharge for using Visa and MasterCard. There is no charge for using Switch/Maestro, Visa Debit or Electron.

Payment
Payment will be made in full at the time of booking or within seven days (see above).

Security Deposit
A deposit covering breakages and damages may be required at the time of booking. If a deposit is not charged, you may be asked for an imprint of your credit card upon arrival to cover any incidental expenses.

For weekend stays (Friday/Saturday/Sunday) a security deposit of £350 for a One Bedroom Apartment and £500 for a Two Bedroom Apartment will be required. This deposit will be refunded generally between 7-10 days after departure, minus any necessary deductions.

Check-In & Check-Out Times
Check-in is from 16:00 and check-out is by 10:00.

Short Stay Availability
Please note that availability for stays of 2-6 nights can usually only be confirmed within one month of the arrival date.

Cards Accepted
SACO Apartments Nottingham accept the following card types: American Express, Diners Club, Electron, Master Card, Switch/Maestro, Visa, Visa Debit.

Cancellation Policy
For stays of less than seven nights cancellations must be made at least seven days prior to noon on the date of arrival in order to avoid a cancellation charge equal to the total cost of the stay.

For stays of 7 to 27 nights cancellations must be made at least seven days prior to the date of arrival in order to avoid a minimum cancellation charge of seven nights' accommodation.

For stays of 28 nights or more cancellations must be made at least 28 days prior to the arrival date to avoid a minimum cancellation charge of seven nights' accommodation.

= VAT falls from the standard rate to a lower rate after 28 nights. The first 28 nights are charged at the higher rate.

For longer stays and relocations, it is often possible to obtain rate reductions, depending upon the availability and the length of stay. We will always do our very best to offer you the lowest available rate possible.
