    Generally - very impressed. Every time we needed something we just had to look and it was there. Far better than a hotel, more convenient, comfy - we really liked it. If there were any gripes it's that the hi-fi system was a bit clunky (the open mechanism on the CD tray wasn't great and slightly broken) and the TV made a constant buzzing sound which was a bit annoying.

    Otherwise, highly recommended for the price and as we said, had everything you'd need for a short or long stay. =)

    Great location, apartment had everything we required. We were located on the seventh floor with a view over the roof tops, very nice. Ideal location, only a short walk to the city centre and a pleasant walk along the canal to the Trent or Sainsburys.

    A bit disappointed on arrival that we were unable to check in - we'd come from a campsite and so were desperate for our hot shower... but the reception desk was suitably apologetic and allowed us to store our cases whilst we went off to find a beer.

    Came back later to find room still not ready but we were found another room - excellent space, facilities and all - an enjoyable two days in Nottingham and really very good value for money when compared with what you would pay in a hotel of similar sized accomodation.

    Liked the apartemnst. However had an issue with the shower. The water was cold and would not warm up despite putting on the hot water light switch etc. I had to use a shower in another room which caused incovenience. For the money paid I would have expected the shower to be hot and this was dissapointing.

    long stor short, this company and its representatives, i.e. managers and staff are hustler and have no customer care, or bothered about keeping there customers happy, tried to overcharge me, in many ways then one, accused myself and friends of stealing keys and staying in other rooms, then charged me extra for cleaning services. not happy and will not be uing this company again!!! the beds are nice to sleep in though.
