We enjoyed our stay very much but we did have a problem with someone ringing the bell which came through to the intercom phone at 11.30 p.m.

Quite rude when I rang with a problem.

Great Apartments, only problem was they expect you to tidy up after yourselves and didn't give us a broom, dustpan and brush or anything so we struggled. Would definitey recommend though!

We booked 2 apartments in the Ropewalk and both were modern, spacious and really nice. Had everything we needed and in a really good location for nights out and the shops. Would definately stay here again in the future, great having the living room area to have drinks etc before going out instead of being cramped in a hotel. Only gripe we had was the lack of mirrors as we had 4 girls in each apartment and once 2 were showered and the next 2 in then there was no mirrors to use for doing hair and makeup so would be good if one got put up in the bedrooms or in the hall. Had a brilliant weekend in Nottingham so if you're planning on booking apartments you won't be disappointed with these ones.

Have stayed at Ropewalk on several previous occasions, and it is perfect for my requirements.

I booked the apartment for two nights and having gone out into the city centre for breakfast on the last morning, I was surprised when, on my return at around 10:00 am, the cleaning staff knocked on the door and told me that they had been in and cleaned the apartment ready for the next guest. I pointed out that the apartment was booked until 12:00noon, and that I would be leaving around 11:30 am. The staff were ok and very polite - so no probs. - it was just that the cleaners had taken a bit of a "flyer" that I had left permanently.

I have found that courteous, prompt attention is the norm.
This is the second time I have used the apartments for family and visitors and I find the service excellent in all ways.

Stayed here on several occasions and the apartments are very satisfactory for my purposes.

The only problem was the 2 double beds for 4 single guys. And the hi-tech but midly baffling cooker. Apart from that, no complaints.

We were a group of 16 and so had four two bed apartments. All were clean and well equipped, and the location was perfect - so close to town that we walked everywhere all weekend (even stumbling back in the early hours of Sunday morning). Would definitely recommend these apartments to anyone wanting more space and freedom than you'd get in a hotel.

I have stayed at the apartments with my partner on 4 occasions and have never been disappointed with the standard of cleanliness and the overall ambience. Much better than a hotel!
