This one bedroom apartment comes equipped with a king size bed, en-suite bathroom and kitchen. A sofa bed may be available upon request, for an additional charge, to accommodate a third and fourth guest.

The Staybridge suites enjoy a central location within easy reach of the major business areas and leisure attractions. The popular Quayside area is just a short walk away offering an excellent range of bars and restaurants. The iconic Tyne Bridge and Millennium Bridge are nearby and the famous Sage Gateshead music and arts centre and the BALTIC centre for contemporary art are just across the river. Manors Metro Station is just a short walk away offering Northern Rail services and connections to Newcastle Central Station. Booking Procedure
Staybridge Suites Newcastle can be booked in exactly the same way as a hotel: simply complete and submit the secure online booking form. As well as your exact apartment requirements, you'll need to supply your credit card details on the booking form. This is essential for the booking to be made.

Credit Card Charges
Your card will not be charged at the time of booking but simply used to guarantee the reservation.

Payment
Full payment will be taken upon departure.

For stays of 30 nights or more payment will be requested in advance. The apartments will contact you directly regarding this once the booking has been made.

Security Deposit
No security deposit is required. However, the apartments do reserve the right to pre-authorise your card upon arrival to cover against any accidental breakages or damages.

Check-In & Check-Out Times
Check-in is from 15:00 and check-out is by 12:00 noon.

Staybridge Suites Newcastle accept the following card types: American Express, Diners Club, Maestro, Master Card, Visa Credit, Visa Debit.

Cancellation Policy
Notice of cancellation must be received at least 24 hours prior to arrival to avoid facing a cancellation charge.

For cancellations received less than 24 hours prior to arrival the following charges will apply:

For stays of 1-6 nights: a cancellation charge equal to one nights' accommodation costs will apply.
For stays of 7-14 nights: a cancellation charge equal to two nights' accommodation costs will apply.
For stays of 15-21 nights: a cancellation charge equal to three nights' accommodation costs will apply.
For stays of 22-28 nights: a cancellation charge equal to four nights' accommodation costs will apply.
For stays of 29-35 nights: a cancellation charge equal to five nights' accommodation costs will apply.
For stays of 36-42 nights: a cancellation charge equal to six nights' accommodation costs will apply.
For stays of more than 42 nights: a cancellation charge equal to seven nights' accommodation costs will apply.
