Excellent location. Ideal for walking around with the benefit of having a car park underground for guests.

Our first time in an apartment as opposed to a hotel and we were very pleased. The quality of the furniture and fittings was very good. The CD player didn't work but the staff immediately sorted out another one for us. Hired a DVD player which was a bit basic but perfectly functional. We would definitely use these apartments again.

On the whole the apartments are very comfortable. However the mattress was altogether comfortable and when we stay again I will bring a mattress topper and my own pillows. The security pad for the car park is not in the best place as you should not have to get out the car to keypad the numbers in especially on exiting. I think the car parking charge is excessive at £9 50 per 24hours when a multi story car park on the quayside charges £5 per 24hours for guests staying at a nearby hotel. This charge resulted in a lower score for value for money. We have stayed at the apartments in Newcastle on previous occassions as we visit the area often and I would like to see a regular visitor loyalty discount. The reception staff are excellent and extremely helpful. The apartments are clean but I noticed the venetian blinds at the windows in the kitchen area were very dirty. We would like to have had a DVD player in the apartment

This was a terrific apartment so far as comfort went. All mod cons, a comfortable bed etc. Our criticism is that although in a great location we found it very noisy. Not only from outside - revellers shouting and screaming on the way home from the pubs but inside too. Especially on the Friday and Saturday night of our stay when we had drunken young women trying to get into the apartment near ours, and running up and down the passages and talking loudly. So - we would recommend these apartments to our friends, but only if it could be guaranteed that these nuisances did not happen! Having said that - we loved Newcastle and saw some terrific places from there (eg Hadrian's Wall, Durham, Holy Island etc). All the best.

We had a 2 bed apartment - I am due to stay here again for a week in June. Everything was perfect except I feel that there was a bad smell in the living room/kitchen. Also the ensuite was not very clean. I also feel that the carpet in the main bedroom was also not very clean. Could this be improved for our next stay?

Accommodation in apartment good although very poor quality bed linen. Also thought continental breakfast very over-priced for what was provided. It would have been helpful if apartment had been checked for replacement toilet rolls, tissues etc.
The property was fantastic and provided us with everything we needed. The location was ideal for our needs and provided an excellent base for our family. However staying in a city centre can be very noisy at night and I would recommend ear plugs for the light sleeper.
