Suitable for one or two people this one bedroom apartment comes equipped with a double bed, full kitchen and bathroom.
Sleeps: 4 Bathrooms: 2 Two Bedroom Apartment
This two bedroom apartment is suitable for up to four people and comes equipped with a double bed in each bedroom, an en-suite bathroom in the master bedroom, full bathroom and kitchen.
The apartments are located in the heart of the city, just minutes from a wide range of restaurants, bars and pubs. A number of shopping areas are close by including the Eldon Garden Shopping Centre and the Monument Mall or alternatively, The MetroCentre is easily reached by car or train. A number of entertainment venues including the Metro Radio Arena Newcastle, Newcastle City Hall and the Theatre Royal are easily reached. Newcastle Central train station is approximately five minutes' walk away, giving access to both main line services and the Tyne and Wear Metro. There is an extensive bus network with frequent services, and taxis are available locally. Newcastle International Airport is approximately eight miles away. Booking Procedure
The Premier Apartments Newcastle can be booked in exactly the same way as a hotel: simply complete and submit the secure online booking form. As well as your exact apartment requirements, you'll need to supply your credit card details on the booking form. This is essential for the booking to be made.
Credit Card Charges
Your card will NOT be charged at the time of booking but simply used to guarantee the reservation. The card will only be charged if you fail to arrive at the apartment without prior cancellation (see cancellation policy below).
Payment
You will be asked on arrival for full prepayment at the rate you booked at.
Security Deposit
Your card will be pre-authorised for £250 upon arrival to cover against any accidental damages or breakages.
Check-In & Check-Out Times
Check-in is from 14:00 and check-out is by 12:00 noon.

Premier Apartments Newcastle accept the following card types: American Express, Maestro, Master Card, Visa Credit, Visa Debit.
Cancellation Policy
For stays of 1-6 nights: Notice of cancellation must be received at least 48 hours prior to arrival to avoid facing a cancellation.
Cancellations received less than 48 hours prior to arrival will be subject to a cancellation fee equal to one nights' accommodation costs.
For stays of 7-13 nights: Notice of cancellation must be received at least 72 hours prior to arrival to avoid facing a cancellation charge.
Cancellations received less than 72 hours prior to arrival will be subject to a cancellation fee equal to 30% of the total accommodation costs.
For stays of 14 nights or more: Notice of cancellation must be received at least 7 days or more to avoid facing a cancellation charge.
Cancellations received less than 7 days prior to arrival will be subject to a cancellation fee equal to 35% of the total accommodation costs.
