Located near the Quayside, the Lime Square development is just a short walk away from the Millennium Bridge and, on the other side, the BALTIC Centre for Contemporary Art and the Sage Gateshead music centre. On the Newcastle side of the river, a wide range of bars, restaurants, nightlife, shops and entertainment venues is within easy reach. Newcastle Central train station is approximately ten minutes' walk away, giving access to both main line services and the Tyne and Wear Metro. There is an extensive bus network with frequent services, and taxis are available locally. Newcastle International Airport is approximately eight miles away. Booking Procedure
The Lime Square Apartments by Properties Unique can be booked in exactly the same way as a hotel: simply complete and submit the secure online booking form. As well as your exact apartment requirements, you’ll need to supply your credit card details on the booking form. This is essential for the booking to be made.

You will also need to supply a contact telephone number in order for the apartments to confirm your arrival details.

Credit Card Charges
Your card will NOT be charged at the time of booking but simply used to guarantee the reservation. The card will only be charged if you fail to arrive at the apartment without prior cancellation (see cancellation policy below).

Please note that there is an additional charge of 3.99% for payments made by Visa, Mastercard or American Express cards.

Payment
Full payment will be taken on the day of arrival at the rate confirmed at the time of booking.

Security Deposit
No security deposit is required. However, you will be asked for an imprint of your credit card upon arrival to cover any incidental expenses.

Check-In & Check-Out Times
Check-in is from 14:00 and check-out is by 10:00. Guests will be personally greeted on arrival.

Lime Square Apartments by Properties Unique accept the following card types: American Express, Master Card, Switch/Maestro, Visa.

Cancellation Policy
Notice of cancellation is required 7 days prior to arrival. There is a cancellation charge for bookings cancelled less than 7 days prior to arrival.

For stays of 1-6 days, a charge equal to one night's accommodation will be made.
For stays of 7 or more days, a charge equal to three nights' accommodation will be made.
