Suitable for up to three people this apartment comes equipped with a double and a single bed.
Sleeps: 4 Bathrooms: 2 Large Two Bedroom Apartment
This apartment is suitable for up to four people and comes equipped with a double bed in each room. The master bedroom also comes complete with an en-suite bathroom.
The apartments are located in the exclusive Jesmond area of Newcastle. A wide selection of bars and restaurants lie on Osborne Road itself making it a popular area for the night-life. The city centre is within easy reach offering a wide range of shops, night-life and cultural attractions. Admire the stunning architecture old and new, indulge in some shopping in the city centre or the popular MetroCentre, sample the great bars and restaurants on offer along the Quayside or relax with a game of golf or two. Other attractions such as the Theatre Royal, Alnwick Castle and the Metro Radio Arena are easily reached from the apartments. The apartments are located next to the A167(M) which leads into Gateshead and Newcastle Upon Tyne. Jesmond Metro station is a two minute walk away and is just one stop from Newcastle centre. Newcastle has an extensive bus network covering all of the city. Booking Procedure
The Kensington House Apartments can be booked in exactly the same way as a hotel: simply complete and submit the secure online booking form. As well as your exact apartment requirements, you'll need to supply your credit card details on the booking form. This is essential for the booking to be made.
Credit Card Charges
Your card will NOT be charged at the time of booking but simply used to guarantee the reservation. The card will only be charged if you fail to arrive at the apartment without prior cancellation (see cancellation policy below).
Payment
You will be asked on arrival for full prepayment at the rate you booked at.
Security Deposit
No security deposit is required. However, you will be asked for an imprint of your credit card upon arrival to cover any incidental expenses.
Check-In & Check-Out Times
Check-in is from 3.00pm and check out is by 11.00am.

Cancellation Policy
Notice of cancellation is required at least 14 days prior to arrival. Cancellations made less than 14 days prior to arrival will be subject to a cancellation charge of a maximum of three days accommodation. Stays of 1-6 days will be charged only 1 day accommodation. Stays of 7 days or more will be charged the maximum of 3 days accommodation.
Please note Higher rates may apply during the Christmas period: 24th-26th December 2008 and the New Year period: 31st December 2008 - 1st January 2009. Please contact us for details.
