This apartment is equipped with two double beds and can sleep up to four people.

There is an abundance of restaurants, bars and nightlife within just a few minutes' walk of the Friars Gate Apartments. There are several major shopping areas nearby, including the Eldon Square shopping centre and Northumberland Street, as well as entertainment venues including the Metro Radio Arena Newcastle, Newcastle City Hall, and the Theatre Royal. Newcastle Central station, offering access to main line train services, is just a two-minute walk away, and the adjacent metro station gives access to the Tyne and Wear Metro, including a direct link to Newcastle International Airport, less than eight miles away. There is also an extensive bus network serving Newcastle, Gateshead and surrounding areas. Booking Procedure
The Friars Gate Apartments can be booked in exactly the same way as a hotel: simply complete and submit the secure online booking form. As well as your exact apartment requirements, you’ll need to supply your credit card details on the booking form. This is essential for the booking to be made.

You will also need to supply a contact telephone number in order for the apartments to confirm your arrival details.

Credit Card Charges
Your card will NOT be charged at the time of booking but simply used to guarantee the reservation. The card will only be charged if you fail to arrive at the apartment without prior cancellation (see cancellation policy below).

Please note that there is an additional charge of 3.99% for payments made by Visa, Mastercard, Diners Club, Maestro or American Express cards. There is no charge for using Visa Debit.

Payment
Full payment will be taken on the day of arrival at the rate confirmed at the time of booking.

Security Deposit
No security deposit is required. However, you will be asked for an imprint of your credit card upon arrival to cover any incidental expenses.

Check-In & Check-Out Times
Check-in is from 14:00 and check-out is by 10:00. Guests will be personally greeted on arrival.

Cards Accepted
Friars Gate Apartments accept the following card types: American Express, Diners Club, Maestro, Master Card, Visa Credit, Visa Debit.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellations must be received at least 7 days prior to arrival to avoid facing a cancellation charge.
Cancellations received less than 7 days prior to arrival will be subject to a cancellation fee equal to three nights accommodation costs.

= VAT rate falls from the standard rate to a lower rate after 28 nights. The first 28 nights are charged at the higher rate.
Rates are per apartment per night, and include VAT (tax) and service.
