We were not told the postcode of the carpark, although we asked, so we turned up at the wrong end of a one way street and had to be directed round to the right place, not easy in Newcastle. The post code was in the apartment. Why not tell your guests in the first place?
Although the apartment was lovely, it was near nightclubs, which we had not appreciated, and we did not sleep well especially at the weekends.
