The Curzon Place Apartments are enviably located on the south side of the River Tyne, just a stone's throw from some of the city's main attractions and within easy reach of both the Gateshead MetroCentre and Newcastle's city centre shopping and nightlife.
These lavish two-bedroom apartments offer contemporary living on two floors. All of the apartments feature stylish and comfortable furnishings, and most provide amazing views of the Tyne Bridge and the river.

This apartment is equipped with two double beds and can sleep up to four people.
Located just south of the river, the Curzon Place Apartments are within easy reach of a range of attractions, including the Millennium Bridge, Sage Gateshead music and conference centre and BALTIC Centre for Contemporary Art. The Gateshead Metro Centre and Newcastle city centre are also within easy reach. The Gateshead Interchange is a short walk away, offering access to the Tyne and Wear Metro and to bus services throughout the area, including a link to the Metro Centre. Newcastle International Airport is just over eight miles away. Booking Procedure
The Curzon Place Apartments by Properties Unique can be booked in exactly the same way as a hotel: simply complete and submit the secure online booking form. As well as your exact apartment requirements, you’ll need to supply your credit card details on the booking form. This is essential for the booking to be made.
You will also need to supply a contact telephone number in order for the apartments to confirm your arrival details.
Credit Card Charges
Your card will NOT be charged at the time of booking but simply used to guarantee the reservation. The card will only be charged if you fail to arrive at the apartment without prior cancellation (see cancellation policy below).
Please note that there is an additional charge of 3.99% for payments made by Visa, Mastercard or American Express cards.
Payment
Full payment will be taken on the day of arrival at the rate confirmed at the time of booking.
Security Deposit
No security deposit is required. However, you will be asked for an imprint of your credit card upon arrival to cover any incidental expenses.
Check-In & Check-Out Times
Check-in is from 14:00 and check-out is by 10:00. Guests will be personally greeted on arrival.

Curzon Place Apartments by Properties Unique accept the following card types: American Express, Master Card, Switch/Maestro, Visa.
Cancellation Policy
Notice of cancellation is required 7 days prior to arrival. There is a cancellation charge for bookings cancelled less than 7 days prior to arrival.
For stays of 1-6 days, a charge equal to one night's accommodation will be made.
For stays of 7 or more days, a charge equal to three nights' accommodation will be made.
