We had booked some 5 months previously to stay in the city centre apartments on Northumberland Street but got moved at the last minute to the Quayside. Whilst the apartment was great and very spacious I didn't realise how far away from the centre we were going to be. I expected to be closer to the bridges and the restaurants and nightlife. This meant we spent a lot on taxis each day and didn't have the convenience of walking everywhere as we were expecting. Whilst the stay was good and the apartment good I felt I should have been given more infomation about where we were being re-located to and ideally not get re-located at all, especially at such short notice.
