The Phoenix Brewery is a Grade II Listed building which has been carefully converted to provide a range of stylish and spacious apartments with original features. Set in the heart of Newbury, within easy reach of town centre amenities and the train station, this is an ideal and convenient location for any traveller.
Each apartment features contemporary décor and furnishings, and comes fully equipped with a range of modern home comforts including free broadband internet access and LCD TVs and DVD players in the living areas and master bedrooms.

This apartment has a combined living and sleeping area with a king sized bed and a double sofa bed.

This apartment is equipped with two double beds and can sleep up to four people.
The apartments offer easy access to Newbury Racecourse, which hosts horse racing throughout the year and also offers conference and event facilities. The town centre offers a range of local amenities, including high street shops, a twice weekly open air market and a range of restaurants and bars. Newbury railway station is within easy reach, providing main line services to a range of destinations including Reading and London Paddington, and there are convenient local bus services throughout the area. The apartments offer easy access to the M4 motorway, and London Heathrow Airport is within one hour's drive. Booking Procedure
The Phoenix Brewery Apartments can be booked in exactly the same way as a hotel: simply complete and submit the secure online booking form. As well as your exact apartment requirements, you’ll need to supply your credit card details on the booking form. This is essential for the booking to be made.
Credit Card Charges
Your card will NOT be charged at the time of booking but simply used to guarantee the reservation. The card will only be charged if you fail to arrive at the apartment without prior cancellation (see cancellation policy below).
Payment
You will be asked on arrival for full prepayment at the rate you booked at.
Security Deposit
No security deposit is required. However, you will be asked for an imprint of your credit card upon arrival to cover any incidental expenses.
Check-In & Check-Out Times
Check-in is from 15:00 and check-out is by 11:00.

Phoenix Brewery Apartments accept the following card types: Maestro, Master Card, Visa, Visa Debit.
Cancellation Policy
Notice of cancellation is required 14 days prior to arrival.
If you cancel less than 14 days prior to arrival you will be charged a maximum of three days' apartment rental:
For stays of 1-6 days you will be charged for 1 day.
For stays of 7 or more days you will be charged for 3 days.

For longer stays and relocations, it is often possible to obtain rate reductions, depending upon the availability and the length of stay. We will always do our very best to offer you the lowest available rate possible.
