Sleeps: 4 Bathrooms: 2 Large Two Bedroom Apartment
Suitable for up to four people this apartment comes equipped with two double beds.

Locality and Attractions:

The apartments offer easy access to Newbury Racecourse, which hosts horse racing throughout the year and also offers conference and event facilities. The town centre offers a range of local amenities, including high street shops, a twice weekly open air market and a range of restaurants and bars.

Travel Information:

Newbury railway station is within easy reach, providing main line services to a range of destinations including Reading and London Paddington, and there are convenient local bus services throughout the area. The apartments offer easy access to the M4 motorway, and London Heathrow Airport is within one hour's drive.

Terms & Conditions:

Booking Procedure
The Jago Court Apartments can be booked in exactly the same way as a hotel: simply complete and submit the secure online booking form. As well as your exact apartment requirements, you'll need to supply your credit card details on the booking form. This is essential for the booking to be made.

Credit Card Charges
Your card will NOT be charged at the time of booking but simply used as a guarantee for the booking. The card will only be charged if you fail to arrive at the apartment without prior cancellation.

Please note: Credit cards can only be used to guarantee the reservation. Payment CANNOT be made by credit card.

Payment
Full payment must be made in cash upon arrival.
Payment by cheque is also accepted. Cheques must arrive at the apartments at least 7 days prior to check-in.
Direct payment to the apartments bank account can be arranged. Payment must be cleared in the account on the day of arrival.

Security Deposit
No security deposit is required, however, you will be asked for an imprint of your credit card upon arrival to cover any incidental expenses.

Check-In & Check-Out Times
Check-in is from 15:00 and check-out is by 12:00.

Jago Court Apartments accept the following card types: Master Card, Switch/Maestro, Visa.

Cancellation Policy
Notice of cancellation is required 7 days prior to arrival.

For a stay of less than 28 nights: a cancellation received after 7 days prior to arrival the full amount of the booking will be charged.

For a stay of over 28 nights: a cancellation received after 7 days prior to arrival, a cancellation fee of 28 nights accommodation will be charged.

= VAT rate falls from the standard rate to a lower rate after 28 nights. The first 28 nights are charged at the higher rate.
