Suitable for up to six people, this apartment has two bedrooms with double beds and two additional fold-up beds are available on request for an additional charge.

The apartments are right in the heart of Milton Keynes, just a stone's throw away from the Midsummer Place and thecentre:mk shopping centres. Milton Keynes Theatre and art gallery are very close by, as is the Xscape building, which offers a real snow indoor skiing slope, climbing wall and cinema. Milton Keynes Central Railway station is within easy reach, offering main line services to a range of destinations including London and Northampton. Regular bus services run throughout the local area, with a regular coach service to Luton International Airport. Booking Procedure
The Theatre District Apartments can be booked in exactly the same way as a hotel: simply complete and submit the secure online booking form. As well as your exact apartment requirements, you’ll need to supply your credit card details on the booking form. This is essential for the booking to be made.

Credit Card Charges
For bookings made within seven days of arrival, your card will immediately be charged in full for the total stay.

For bookings made in advance, your card will be charged in full within seven days of arrival.

Please note that there is a surcharge of 3.5% on all payments made by American Express.

Payment
Apartments will be paid for prior to arrival - see above.

Security Deposit
No security deposit is required. However, you may be asked for an imprint of your credit card upon arrival to cover any incidental expenses.

Check-In & Check-Out Times
Check-in is from 14:00 and check-out is by 10:00.

Theatre District Apartments accept the following card types: American Express, Maestro, Master Card, Visa, Visa Debit.

Cancellation Policy
For stays of up to six nights, notification of cancellation is required at least 48 hours prior to arrival to avoid a cancellation charge equal to one nights' stay.

For stays of seven nights and over, notification of cancellation is required at least seven days prior to arrival to avoid a cancellation charge equal to one weeks' stay.

= VAT rate falls from the standard rate to a lower rate after 28 nights. The first 28 nights are charged at the higher rate.

For longer stays and relocations, it is often possible to obtain rate reductions, depending upon the availability and the length of stay. We will always do our very best to offer you the lowest available rate possible.
