The Broughton area is a historic village with a range of local amenities and easy access into the heart of Milton Keynes, where thecentre:mk and Midsummer Place shopping centres offer a wide range of shops, restaurants and cafés. The striking Xscape building offers a real snow indoor ski slope, climbing wall and cinema. The apartments are approximately 10-15 minutes' drive from Milton Keynes Central railway station, and benefit from convenient local bus service links into the centre and easy access to the M1 motorway. Booking Procedure
The Mews Apartments can be booked in exactly the same way as a hotel: simply complete and submit the secure online booking form. As well as your exact apartment requirements, you’ll need to supply your credit card details on the booking form. This is essential for the booking to be made.
Credit Card Charges
Your card will NOT be charged at the time of booking but simply used to guarantee the reservation. The card will only be charged if you fail to arrive at the apartment without prior cancellation (see cancellation policy below).
Please note that there is a surcharge of 2% for all payments made by credit card. There is no surcharge for payments made by debit card.
Payment
You will be asked on arrival for full prepayment at the rate you booked at.
Security Deposit
No security deposit is required. However, you will be asked for an imprint of your credit card upon arrival to cover any incidental expenses.
Check-In & Check-Out Times
Check-in is from 16.00 and check-out is by 10.00.
Cards Accepted
The Mews Apartments accept the following card types: Diners Club, Master Card, Switch/Maestro, Visa.
Cancellation Policy
Notification of cancellation must be received at least 29 days prior to the arrival date in order to avoid a cancellation charge.
Cancellations made between 7 and 28 days prior to arrival will be subject to a cancellation charge equal to 25% of the total cost of the stay.
Cancellations made less than 7 days prior to arrival will be subject to a cancellation charge equal to 50% of the total cost of the stay.
Amendments which reduce the length of the stay may be treated as a cancellation.
