This apartment has two double bedrooms plus a double sofa bed, so it can sleep up to six people.

Locality and Attractions:

The apartments are located in a quiet residential area with a range of local amenities, and easy access to Central Milton Keynes. The Open University and Caldecotte Lake Business Park are also nearby.

Travel Information:

Fenny Stratford and Bow Brickhill railway stations are within two miles of the apartments, providing local railway services, and Central Milton Keynes railway station is approximately 12 minutes' drive away. Buses run nearby providing regular services to Central Milton Keynes.

Terms & Conditions:

Booking Procedure
The Simpson Village Apartments can be booked in exactly the same way as a hotel: simply complete and submit the secure online booking form. As well as your exact apartment requirements, you’ll need to supply your credit card details on the booking form. This is essential for the booking to be made.

Credit Card Charges
For bookings made within seven days of arrival, your card will immediately be charged in full for the total stay.

For bookings made in advance, your card will be charged in full within seven days of arrival.

Payment
Apartments will be paid for prior to arrival - see above.

Security Deposit
No security deposit is required. However, you may be asked for an imprint of your credit card upon arrival to cover any incidental expenses.

Check-In & Check-Out Times
Check-in is from 12.00 noon and check-out is by 10.00.

Simpson Village Apartments accept the following card types: American Express, Master Card, Switch/Maestro, Visa.

Cancellation Policy
For stays of up to six nights, notification of cancellation is required at least 48 hours prior to arrival to avoid a cancellation charge equal to one nights' stay.

For stays of seven nights and over, notification of cancellation is required at least seven days prior to arrival to avoid a cancellation charge equal to one weeks' stay.
