This apartment has a master bedroom with a double bed and en suite bathroom, and a second bedroom with a double bed.
The apartments are located in the heart of Milton Keynes, with a wide range of shops, restaurants and cafés within easy reach. The Xscape is a stone's throw away, offering real snow indoor skiing, a climbing wall and cinema. Milton Keynes Central railway station is just a short walk away, providing regular services to a range of destinations including London and Northampton. In addition, a range of bus services are available nearby, serving the local area. The nearest international airport is at Luton, just over half an hour's drive away. Booking Procedure
The Manhattan House Apartments can be booked in exactly the same way as a hotel: simply complete and submit the secure online booking form. As well as your exact apartment requirements, you’ll need to supply your credit card details on the booking form. This is essential for the booking to be made.
Credit Card Charges
Your card will NOT be charged at the time of booking but simply used to guarantee the reservation. The card will only be charged if you fail to arrive at the apartment without prior cancellation (see cancellation policy below).
Please note that there is a surcharge of 2% for all payments made by credit card. There is no surcharge for payments made by debit card.
Payment
You will be asked on arrival for full prepayment at the rate you booked at.
Security Deposit
No security deposit is required. However, you will be asked for an imprint of your credit card upon arrival to cover any incidental expenses.
Check-In & Check-Out Times
Check-in is from 16.00 and check-out is by 10.00.

Manhattan House Apartments accept the following card types: Diners Club, Master Card, Switch/Maestro, Visa.
Cancellation Policy
Notification of cancellation must be received at least 29 days prior to the arrival date in order to avoid a cancellation charge.
Cancellations made between 7 and 28 days prior to arrival will be subject to a cancellation charge equal to 25% of the total cost of the stay.
Cancellations made less than 7 days prior to arrival will be subject to a cancellation charge equal to 50% of the total cost of the stay.
Amendments which reduce the length of the stay may be treated as a cancellation.
