Offering more space than the Standard One Bedroom Apartment, the Executive also has one bedroom with a double bed and a double size sofa bed in the living area.

Sleeps: 6  Bathrooms: 1 Executive Two Bedroom Apartment
This apartment has one bedroom with a double bed and a second bedroom with twin beds. In addition, there is a double size sofa bed in the living area.

The apartments are located in a residential sector of Central Milton Keynes, within easy reach of Campbell Park, the Midsummer Place and thecentre:mk shopping centres, and the Xscape building, which offers a real snow indoor skiing slope, climbing wall and cinema. Milton Keynes Central Railway station is within easy reach, offering main line services to a range of destinations including London and Northampton. Regular bus services run throughout the local area, with a regular coach service to Luton International Airport. Booking Procedure
The Building 897 Apartments can be booked in exactly the same way as a hotel: simply complete and submit the secure online booking form. As well as your exact apartment requirements, you’ll need to supply your credit card details on the booking form. This is essential for the booking to be made.

Credit Card Charges
Your card will be charged for the total cost of your stay 14 days prior to arrival, or immediately if booked less than 14 days prior to the date of arrival.

Please note that there is a surcharge of 2% on all payments made by credit card. There is no surcharge for payments made by debit cards.

Payment
Apartments will be paid for prior to arrival- see above.

Security Deposit
No security deposit is required. However, your credit card will be authorised upon arrival to cover any incidental expenses.

Check-In & Check-Out Times
Check-in is from 14.00 and check-out is by 10.00.

Building 897 Apartments accept the following card types: American Express, Diners Club, Maestro, Master Card, Visa, Visa Debit.

Cancellation Policy
Notice of cancellation must be received at least 7 days prior to arrival to avoid facing a cancellation charge.
Cancellations received less than 7 days prior to arrival will be subject to the following charges:
For stays of 1-6 nights: a cancellation charge equal to the total cost of the stay will apply.
For stays of 7 nights or more: a cancellation charge equal to 7 nights' accommodation costs will apply.
