The apartments are situated just off Deansgate, one of the main streets in Manchester, full of shops, bars and restaurants. King Street, home to a number of international banks and luxury boutiques, is a short walk away and the Arndale, offering a range of high-street and high-end shops, is within easy reach. A number of theatres, galleries and museums, including the Museum of Science and Industry in Manchester, are nearby and Manchester Opera House, the Manchester Central conference and exhibition centre (formerly known as the GMEX)and the MEN Arena are easily reached. Deansgate station is just a short walk away offering main line rail services and Metrolink tram services. In addition, the city is served by an extensive bus network. Booking Procedure
The Watson Street Apartments can be booked in exactly the same way as a hotel: simply complete and submit the secure online booking form. As well as your exact apartment requirements, you'll need to supply your credit card details on the booking form. This is essential for the booking to be made.
Credit Card Charges
Your card will be charged for the full amount at the time of booking.
Please note there is a 2% surcharge for using Visa and Mastercard and a 4% surcharge for using American Express. There is no surcharge if paying by debit card.
Payment
Full payment will be taken at the time of booking.
Security Deposit
No security deposit is required. However, you will be asked for an imprint of your credit card upon arrival to cover any incidental expenses.
Check-In & Check-Out Times
Check-in is from 15:00 and check-out is by 11:00.

Cancellation Policy
Notice of cancellation must be received either in writing or by email at least 28 days prior to arrival to avoid facing a cancellation charge.
Cancellations received less than 28 but more than 14 days prior to arrival will be subject to a cancellation fee equal to 50% of the total accommodation costs.
Cancellations received less than 14 days prior to arrival will be subject to a cancellation fee equal to 100% of the total accommodation costs.
