This impressive corner penthouse apartment has three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a spacious, well-equipped kitchen and dining area and a chill-out lounge.
The Timber Wharf Apartments are set in the Castlefield area of Manchester, a popular area with a range of restaurants and bars. The vibrant centre of Manchester is within easy reach, as is Salford Quays, The Lowry museum and arts centre, and The Lowry Outlet Mall. Manchester is served by an extensive bus, tram and rail network, with the main stations at Manchester Victoria and Manchester Piccadilly, and a number of smaller stations around the city centre. Manchester Airport is approximately twenty minutes away by either car or train from Piccadilly. Booking Procedure
The Timber Wharf Apartments can be booked in exactly the same way as a hotel: simply complete and submit the secure online booking form. As well as your exact apartment requirements, you’ll need to supply your credit card details on the booking form. This is essential for the booking to be made.
Credit Card Charges
Your card will be charged for the total booking amount seven days prior to arrival.
For stays of over one month, your card will be charged for the first week's accommodation costs seven days prior to arrival.
For bookings made less than seven days prior to arrival your card will be charged in full at the time of booking, or for the first seven nights accommodation costs if the booking is for more than one month.
Please Note: A 3% surcharge applies for all payments made using American Express, Diners Club, MasterCard and Visa. There is no surcharge for using Switch/Maestro or Visa Debit.
Payment
Full payment will be taken seven days prior to arrival.
For stays of over one month, the first week's accommodation costs will be taken seven days prior to arrival. The remaining balance will be taken weekly in advance.
For bookings made less than seven days prior to arrival full payment will be taken at the time of booking, or payment for the first seven nights will be taken if the booking is for more than one month.
Security Deposit
A pre-authorisation of £250 may be requested to cover any incidental expenses.
Check-In & Check-Out Times
Check-in is between 15.00 and 22:00 and check-out is by 12.00 noon.

Timber Wharf Apartments accept the following card types: American Express, Diners Club, Master Card, Switch/Maestro, Visa.
Cancellation Policy
Notice of cancellation is required 7 days prior to arrival.
Cancellations made less than 7 days prior to arrival will be subject to a cancellation charge equal to the first nights' stay.
