Originally known as 'The London Warehouse', this Grade II listed building has been a prominent feature of the city centre for over a hundred years. Lovingly restored and converted, The Place now offers a range of contemporary and spacious apartments.
Featuring original brickwork and steelwork to reflect the history of the building, each of the apartments is fully equipped with modern conveniences, including DVD player, CD player, satellite TV and designer kitchens.
With a restaurant on-site, a secure underground car park, and a convenient city centre location, this is an excellent city base for any traveller.

Suitable for up to three people, this is a contemporary apartment with views of the Atrium and open brickwork. There are two bedrooms and two bathrooms.

This loft style apartment features exposed brickwork, barrelled ceilings and steel girders. There are two bedrooms, each with a king-sized bed, and two bathrooms, making it suitable for up to four people.

This luxury apartment features views of the Atrium and open brickwork and steelwork. Suitable for up to five people, there is one bedroom with a double bed and a second bedroom with three single beds.

This luxury apartment features views of the Atrium and open brickwork and steelwork. Suitable for up to six people, there is one bedroom with a double bed and a second bedroom with two double beds.

This duplex apartment has two bedrooms, each with an ensuite bathroom, an open plan designer kitchen, lounge and dining areas, and a garden terrace. There is an outside glass lift to the penthouse floor.
Manchester offers a host of attractions, including art galleries, museums, and music venues. Within a short walking distance of The Place, you will find the Chinese Art Theatre, The Printworks Entertainment Complex, Urbis and much more. Manchester Piccadilly station is just a short walk away from The Place, offering main line services to many destinations. The city is served by an extensive bus and tram network. Manchester Airport is approximately twenty minutes away by either car or train from Piccadilly. Booking Procedure
The Place Apartment Hotel can be booked in exactly the same way as a hotel: simply complete and submit the secure online booking form. As well as your exact apartment requirements, you’ll need to supply your credit card details on the booking form. This is essential for the booking to be made.
Credit Card Charges
Your card will NOT be charged at the time of booking but simply used to guarantee the reservation. The card will only be charged if you fail to arrive at the apartment without prior cancellation (see cancellation policy below).
Payment
Clients who provide a valid credit card will be able to pay on departure. If a valid credit card is not provided, then prepayment during check in will be necessary.
Security Deposit
No security deposit is required. However, you will be asked for an imprint of your credit card upon arrival to cover any incidental expenses.
Check-In & Check-Out Times
Check-in is from 15:00 and check-out is by 11:00.
Cards Accepted
The Place Apartment Hotel accept the following card types: American Express, Diners Club, Master Card, Switch/Maestro, Visa.
Cancellation Policy
Bookings for stays of less than two weeks can be cancelled free of charge until 12 noon, 24 hours prior to arrival. Cancellations after this time will be charged a cancellation fee equal to the first night's accommodation. If a guest does not check in on the specified date a non-arrival charge equal to the first night's accommodation will be made and the remainder of the booking will be cancelled.
Bookings for stays of over two weeks will have an initial cancellation deadline equal to one quarter (25%) of the booking's duration. For example, for a 20 day booking, this deadline will be five days prior to arrival, while for a 28 day stay it will be seven days prior to arrival. Cancellations made prior to this deadline will be free of charge.
The second cancellation deadline will be equal to one tenth (10%) of the duration of the stay. For example, for a 20 day booking this second deadline will be two days prior to arrival, while for a 28 day stay it will be three days prior to arrival.
Cancellations made after the first deadline but before the second deadline will be subject to a cancellation charge equal to three nights' accommodation.
Cancellations made after the second deadline will be subject to a cancellation charge equal to five nights' accommodation.
Cancellations made on the day of arrival will be subject to a cancellation charge equal to seven nights' accommodation.
