The confirmation I was sent gave me the address of Joiner Street, so when my taxi dropped me off, I was dropped off at a closed door and had to phone reception to be told where the front door was - although it was a short walk I had to pull my heavy case to the front door in thick snow. The 'welcome book' in the apartment gave me a list of names and addresses, but neglected to tell me how to contact reception or how to use broadband, I had to go downstairs to speak to a receptionist. The shower screen collected water which ended up all over the bathroom floor. There was no-where to hang my face towel in the bathroom, I had to hang it over the bath. There were chipped cups and plates in the apartment. I was surprised to see signs for a gym in the apartment block - had I known there was a gym in advance of my stay I would have brought appropriate clothing to use the gym and was disappointed I didnt have this information pre-arrival. Reception staff seemed sulky. Not sure what was special about a 'Premium Deluxe' apartment? Not convinced this deserves a 4 star rating.

Good apartment, although the view from opposite side of building would have been better. Well appointed and well serviced (except for the dirty dishes in the dishwasher). Nice touch to have some essential foodstuffs available on arrival. Location is excellent, right beside Arndale Centre. Reception desk staff could not have been more helpful.

I booked a Premium Delux Family apartment for myself & 4 friends to enjoy a relaxed evening catching up after a day's shopping. On arrival we found that only 4 would be able to sit at the table and only 4 would be able to sit in relative comfort in the lounge area. In addition once the single bed had been pulled out anyone in the bedroom would have to step over the bed and occupant to use the bathroom. It would be of benefit to state that the apartment sleeps 5 but has living facilities for only 4. We were very pleased to be moved to a more suitable apartment which had a more suitable seating area and dining table. Unfortunately this also only had crockery etc. for 4 people and although it had a very impressive bath the water supply was insuffiecient to more than half fill it with sufficiently hot water. On a positive note the finish of the accommodation was great, the location perfect and the staff extremely helpful. I would recommend the apartments but with the careat of seating area limitations.

Satisfied with apartment.
For the first time in my life I have stayed in place where staff was so friendly, we got upgrade to penthouse for the price of the apartment. It was surprise for my best friend and she said that she had the best night in her life. Thank you for making it special for her.
