Suitable for one or two people, this apartment has one bedroom with a king sized bed.

More spacious than the One Bedroom Apartment, this apartment boasts a riverside view, extra-large bed and added features including a television in the bedroom.

The apartments are just a short walk from Deansgate, one of Manchester's busiest shopping streets, with a range of bars, restaurants and nightclubs within easy reach. The M.E.N. Arena is also nearby. Manchester Victoria station is just a short walk away, providing access to mainline rail services and the Metrolink tram service. The city is also served by an extensive bus network. Manchester Airport is approximately twenty minutes away from the city centre by car. Booking Procedure
The Edge Apartments can be booked in exactly the same way as a hotel: simply complete and submit the secure online booking form. As well as your exact apartment requirements, you’ll need to supply your credit card details on the booking form. This is essential for the booking to be made.

Credit Card Charges
Your card will be charged for the total booking amount seven days prior to arrival.

For stays of over one month, your card will be charged for the first week's accommodation costs seven days prior to arrival.

For bookings made less than seven days prior to arrival your card will be charged in full at the time of booking, or for the first seven nights accommodation costs if the booking is for more than one month.

Please Note: A 3% surcharge applies for all payments made using American Express, MasterCard and Visa. There is no surcharge for using Switch/Maestro or Visa Debit.

Payment
Full payment will be taken seven days prior to arrival.

For stays of over one month, the first week's accommodation costs will be taken seven days prior to arrival. The remaining balance will be taken weekly in advance.

For bookings made less than seven days prior to arrival full payment will be taken at the time of booking, or payment for the first seven nights will be taken if the booking is for more than one month.

Security Deposit
A pre-authorisation may be requested to cover any incidental expenses.

Check-In & Check-Out Times
Check-in is between 15.00 and 22:00 and check-out is by 12.00 noon.

Cards Accepted
The Edge Apartments accept the following card types: American Express, Maestro, Master Card, Visa Credit, Visa Debit.

Cancellation Policy
Notice of cancellation is required 7 days prior to arrival.
Cancellations made less than 7 days prior to arrival will be subject to a cancellation charge equal to the first nights' stay.
