Sleeps: 2 Bathrooms: 1 Studio Apartment
This apartment has a combined living and sleeping area with a glass dividing partition, a double bed, a fully equipped kitchen and a shower room. There is also a Juliet style balcony.
Sleeps: 2 Bathrooms: 1 One Bedroom Apartment
This apartment has one bedroom with a king size bed, a full bathroom with shower facilities, a fully equipped kitchen and full balcony.
Sleeps: 4 Bathrooms: 2 Two Bedroom Apartment
This apartment provides a master bedroom with a king size bed and an en-suite bathroom, and a second bedroom with a double bed. There is a spacious living area, full kitchen, and a full balcony.
Just a short walk away from Manchester city centre, the apartments are within easy reach of a wide range of shops, restaurants and cafés, as well as attractions including the MEN Arena. The apartments are within easy walking distance of Manchester Victoria Station, which provides main line train services throughout the country. The city also offers a comprehensive network of trams and buses throughout the local area. Manchester Airport is less than half an hour's drive away. Booking Procedure
The Spectrum Pad Apartments can be booked in exactly the same way as a hotel: simply complete and submit the secure online booking form. As well as your exact apartment requirements, you'll need to supply your credit card details on the booking form. This is essential for the booking to be made.
Credit Card Charges
Your card will not be charged at the time of booking but simply used to guarantee the reservation. The card will only be charged if you fail to arrive at the apartment without prior cancellation (see cancellation policy).
Please note that there is a 3% surcharge for payments made by American Express, and a 4% surcharge for payments made by Diners Card.
Payment
You will be asked on arrival for full prepayment at the rate you booked at.
Security Deposit
A security deposit of £250 will be required upon check-in to cover against any incidental expenses or damages. This will be refunded within 3-5 days of departure, after the apartment has been checked.
Check-In & Check-Out Times
Check-in is from 14.00 and check-out is by 11.00.

Spectrum Pad Apartments accept the following card types: American Express, Diners Club, Maestro, Master Card, Visa Credit, Visa Debit.
Cancellation Policy
Notice of cancellation must be received more than 7 days prior to arrival in order to avoid a cancellation charge.
For cancellations received between 2 and 7 days prior to arrival, you will be charged a cancellation fee equal to one night's accommodation costs.
For cancellations received less than 2 days prior to arrival, you will be charged a cancellation fee equal to the total cost of the stay.
Last Minute Rates: apply for bookings made within 7 days of the arrival date and do not apply during major event periods.
Major Events: The higher rates displayed below will apply during major events periods. Please contact us for details.
Please note that a two night minimum stay applies at weekends (Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays) from the 21st May 2010.
