The apartment was fine although on special requests we did ask for a balony overlooking the wheel but was facing the other way. I do understand however that it is not always easy to get everything you ask for on special instructions and was advised of this. Disappointed that there is now a £5 charge for parking and when arrived at apartment there was a musty smell in every room luckily there was a air freshner plugin which we moved from room to room but we did notice that there was washing in the washer and it was switched on so may have been that if it has been there a few days! Overall though Skyline is still one of our favourite destinations when we visit Manchester overnight and the facilities on the top floor are excellent and are always spotless clean! Thanks

Location and facilities great and very near reasonably priced parking. My one comment would be that it would have been helpful to have some dishwasher tablets/powder and a few comp toiletries avaialable for people who are only staying one night

Hi there
We were delighted with the apatements as a whole and Dave on reception was excellent. However..... One of our ladies had a one hour stand off with a local car clamper who had clamped her car in the car park associated with the apartment. She had paid Dave for the ticket to park there the previous afternoon but due to it being extremely windy when they shut the car door the ticket blew into the foot well of the car - as it was dark they didn't know this until the following morning having been clamped. This has been left since the weekend in the hands of Tracey at the apartments and I sincerely hope that nothing comes of it by way of a charge to my friends as they had paid for the ticket and were able to produce it to the clamper.
It really would put a black cloud on what was a fantastic and enjoyable stay at the apartments.
