The apartments are located in the centre of the city, within easy reach of the major business, shopping and entertainment areas. The Arndale Centre is just a short walk away offering a wide range of high-street and high-end shops. The Manchester Evening News Arena (MEN), Manchester Wheel, Printworks and Deansgate are all easily accessible.
Travel
Manchester Victoria Station is a short walk from the apartment providing main line services to a number of destinations including Wigan, Liverpool, Leeds and Huddersfield. Shudehill Metrolink stand is just outside the apartments offering services in and around the city centre.
Manchester International Airport is less than 30 minutes away by car.

The apartment lacked enough crockery and cutlery and cooking utensils (only 4 large plates, knives and forks)so had to wash things by hand frequently in a sink which had the wrong sized plug. There was a dishwasher but there needed to be enough utensils to be able to fill it up! Had to ask my guest to bring his own so that he could have Christmas dinner with us and had to juggle the cooking equipment! However,we did manage!
The apartment was very warm so had to open the windows most of the time.
However, the apartment was immaculately clean and had comfortable furnishings. The bath was gigatic! The kitchen had all the amenities needed.There was always plenty of hot water.All in all excellent value for money.
A Christmas tree would have been a nice touch but I guess many guests may not embrace Christmas festivities.

The property was clean stylish comfortable. We would defo use again. The apartments were easy to find, close to everything and everyone was friendly. Staff were also not intrusive which we liked just available if you needed them brilliant stay thank you hope you all enjoy a lovely Christmas !!!!!!!!!!!!!

We were there for 3 nights, but the rooms were not serviced, I think we really could have done with at least a towel changed.
The iron broke in one of the apartments.
Unfortunately because there were 4 of us in one of the apartments, the hot water ran out on one occasion.
There was a great selection of herbal teas and decaffeinated coffee. But there was no everyday tea or caffeinated coffee. And we are 7 tea queens and after a night out you need a coffee in the morning.
The stereo could have done with being iPhone/iPod compatible.
One final note the roller door to the ensuite kept coming off.
Otherwise it was excellent, the decor and cleanliness was great and the beds were really comfy. And all rooms had black out curtains. Not that we watched it a lot but the TV was a great quality too.
Oh and the kitchen had everything you could possibly need to cook.
The staff were also very accommodating and polite. It was brilliant value for money.

The big selling point of the apartments is the location; very central to the central shoppng area and train station. We also appreciated the additional services that come with an apartment (washing machine, kitchen etc.) over a hotel room.
The disappointment with the apartment was that it had the potential to be a fantastic development, but a long list of small niggles left us feeling a bit exhausted.
Some of the issues were: the shower cubicle flooding in one of the bathrooms, the heated towel rail in both bathrooms and the heater in one of the bedrooms did not work, both the electronic door keys stopped working one day, the security code for the external door stopped working one evening leaving us having to call the emergency number for assistance (which was given promptly) and there was no hairdryer in the apartment even though it is part of the service provided. Individually, these issues are small and rectifiable, but all together were quite annoying.
One of the receptionists was particularly helpful and offered us a 1-night refund for our troubles which was welcomed.
