This apartment is suitable for up to five people and comes equipped with two double beds and a guest bed.
The Boutique Apartments are located on the banks of Bridgewater Canal, only minutes from the bustling city centre. This is a popular area with a wide range of restaurants and bars. The shopping area is only a few minutes away home to high street and designer shops. The M.E.N Arena is within easy reach as are Salford Quays, the Lowry Museum and arts centre, and the Lowry Outlet Mall.
Manchester is served by an extensive bus, tram and rail network, with the main stations at Manchester Victoria and Manchester Piccadilly, and a number of smaller stations around the city centre. The nearest station to the apartments is Deansgate - approximately five minutes walk away. Manchester Airport is approximately twenty minutes away by either car or train from Piccadilly. Booking Procedure
The Boutique Apartments can be booked in exactly the same way as a hotel: simply complete and submit the secure online booking form. As well as your exact apartment requirements, you'll need to supply your credit card details on the booking form. This is essential for the booking to be made.
Credit Card Charges
When the booking is made your card will be charged the full amount for your stay.
Payments with Visa, MasterCard and Switch/Maestro are subject to a 2.6% service charge. Payments with American Express are subject to 3.0%.
Payment
Apartments will be paid for prior to arrival - see above.
Payment can be made via credit card or bank details can be supplied for BACS payments.
Security Deposit
A fully refundable security deposit of £150 will be charged at the time of booking. This will be refunded on completion of a satisfactory check out inspection.
The apartments reserve the right to make additional charges to cover any damages or miss-use of the property that exceed this amount.
Check-In & Check-Out Times
Check-in is from 15:00 and check-out by 11:00.

Boutique Apartments accept the following card types: American Express, Master Card, Switch/Maestro, Visa.
Cancellation Policy
Stays of 1-6 nights:
Notification of cancellation has to be received in writing (email) at least 72 hours prior to midday on the day of scheduled arrival. Cancellations received less than 72 hours prior to arrival will be subject to a fee of one night's rent.
Stays of 7-27 nights:
Notification of cancellation has to be received in writing (email) at least 7 days prior to the scheduled arrival date to avoid a cancellation fee. Cancellations received less than 7 days prior to arrival date will given a refund subject to the apartment being re-let. In the event that the apartment cannot be re-let a cancellation charge of 3 nights stay will be raised.
Stays of 28 nights or over:
Notification of cancellation has to be received in writing (email) at least 28 days prior to the scheduled arrival date to avoid a cancellation fee. Cancellations received less than 28 days prior to arrival date will be given a refund subject to the apartment being re-let. In the event that the apartment cannot be re-let, a cancellation charge of 7 nights stay will be raised.
