This apartment has a combined living and sleeping area with a king sized bed and stunning views over the city.
The apartments are set on Deansgate, one of Manchester's busiest shopping streets, with a wide range of bars, restaurants and nightclubs within easy reach. The Bridgewater Hall, home of the Hallé Orchestra, and the Manchester Central exhibition and conference centre (formerly known as the G-MEX) are just a stone's throw away. The apartments are a short walk away from Manchester Oxford Road railway station, offering main line services to a wide range of destinations. Just a stone's throw away is the G-Mex Metrolink system, providing access to the Manchester Metrolink tram system, and the city offers a comprehensive local bus network. Booking Procedure
The Beetham Tower Apartments by Staying Cool can be booked in exactly the same way as a hotel: simply complete and submit the secure online booking form. As well as your exact apartment requirements, you’ll need to supply your credit card details on the booking form. This is essential for the booking to be made.
Credit Card Charges
Your card will NOT be charged at the time of booking but simply used to guarantee the reservation. The card will only be charged if you fail to arrive at the apartment without prior cancellation (see cancellation policy below).
Payment
Your card will be charged on the day of arrival for the full cost of your stay.
For stays of over one month, your card will be charged monthly.
Security Deposit
A pre-authorisation of £50 may be requested to cover any incidental expenses.
Check-In & Check-Out Times
Check-in is from 15.00 and check-out is by 12.00.

Cancellation Policy
Notice of cancellation is required 14 days prior to arrival.
If you cancel less than 14 days prior to arrival you will be charged a maximum of three days' apartment rental:
For stays of 2-6 days you will be charged for 1 day.
For stays of 7 or more days you will be charged for 3 days.

For longer stays and relocations, it is often possible to obtain rate reductions, depending upon the availability and the length of stay. We will always do our very best to offer you the lowest available rate possible.
