Similar to the standard One Bedroom Apartment, this apartment is more spacious and has a sofa bed in the living area which is ideal for an extra adult or two children. Please note that some of these apartments may be set across two floors.

Set over two floors, this apartment is suitable for up to four people. There are two bedrooms, each with either queen sized beds or twin beds- please state your preference on the booking form.

The Atrium Apartments are set in the heart of the city, within easy reach of a host of attractions including the Bridgewater Hall, Manchester Central (formerly known as the GMEX Centre), The Printworks Entertainment Complex and much more. A wide range of restaurants, bars and nightclubs can be found nearby. Manchester Oxford Road and Manchester Piccadilly stations are both within easy walking distance from the apartments, offering main line services to many destinations. The city is served by an extensive bus and tram network. Manchester Airport is approximately twenty minutes away by either car or train. Booking Procedure
The Atrium Apartments can be booked in exactly the same way as a hotel: simply complete and submit the secure online booking form. As well as your exact apartment requirements, you’ll need to supply your credit card details on the booking form. This is essential for the booking to be made.

Credit Card Charges
Your card will NOT be charged at the time of booking, but simply used to guarantee the reservation. The card will be charged if you fail to arrive at the apartment without prior cancellation (see cancellation policy below).

Payment
Full payment will be taken on arrival.

Security Deposit
When you check in, you will be asked to provide a security deposit in the form of an imprint of your credit card. This is simply a precaution to cover any incidental expenses during your stay.

End of Tenancy
An End of Tenancy charge of £40 + VAT per studio or one bedroom apartment and £50 + VAT per two bedroom apartment will be raised on stays of 90 nights or more. This charge covers the administration fees, inventory and deep cleaning of the apartment.

Check-In & Check-Out Times
Check-in from 15:00 and check-out by 11:00.

Cards Accepted
The Atrium Apartments (BSW) accept the following card types: American Express, Maestro, Master Card, Visa Credit, Visa Debit.

Cancellation Policy
Stays of 1-6 nights: Notification of cancellation must be received at least 24 hours prior to arrival to avoid facing a cancellation charge.
Cancellations received less than 24 hours prior to arrival will be subject to a cancellation fee equal to one nights' accommodation costs.

Stays of 7 - 27 nights: Notification of cancellation has to be received in writing at least 7 days prior to the scheduled arrival date to avoid a cancellation fee. Cancellations received less than 7 days prior to arrival date will be given a refund subject to the apartment being re-let. In the event that the apartment cannot be re-let, a cancellation charge of three nights' stay will be raised.

Stays of 28 nights or over: Notification of cancellation has to be received in writing at least 28 days prior to the scheduled arrival date to avoid a cancellation fee. Cancellations received less than 28 days prior to arrival date will be given a refund subject to the apartment being re-let. In the event that the apartment cannot be re-let, a cancellation charge of 7 nights' stay will be raised.

The Summer Offer applies to stays between 22nd April and 24th September 2010, applies only to the apartment types shown and is subject to availability.

= VAT falls from the standard rate to a lower rate after 28 nights. The first 28 nights are charged at the higher rate.
